According to 5-Element Theory, Spring marks the Wood phase of the elements, where the return of warm, expansive Yang energy allows new growth, ideas and projects to emerge from the Yin of Winter. Rested and restored, Wood energy is a call to action, a time to plan and organise, cleanse your body and Spring clean your home. Spring is nature's message to grow and expand into the world anew. The frozen Water element now becomes fresh flowing water (plenty of it....) to nourish the young shoots of our plans and projects. 🌷🌷🌷
