Hello,

I was a pianist and teacher of classroom music, before discovering complementary therapies and studying  reflexology in the 1990's. Motherhood then beckoned, which led me to more learning!  Every new technique or healing tool I acquire contributes to my holistic practice, to share with you on your own healing journey.

ENERGY KINESIOLOGY:

I’ve been a dedicated holistic therapist since 2007, having completed my Health Kinesiology professional training with HK-UK. I am fully qualified and insured to practise, and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), the largest professional body for complementary, beauty and sports therapists. I am also a member of the PVG safeguarding scheme.
 

THERAPEUTIC SOUND:

In 2010, I added Therapeutic Sound to my toolkit, training with BAST. I love designing workshops, soundscapes and sound baths for individuals or groups of clients, my musical background finding a beautiful new outlet. 

REFLEXOLOGY:

Reflexology represents the relaxing bodywork aspect of my practice and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. I love sharing the gentle power of this ancient healing modality.

As a client-centred practitioner, I focus on providing a safe, nurturing space in which you can move towards your healed state.

My holistic therapy business is rooted in kindness; this principal informs every aspect of my work, since I believe our wounds and traumas need to be recognised, witnessed, and held in loving kindness before they can be released into a healed state. I  have four children, now beautiful adults, who have taught me so much about life, and the power of kindness, on my own journey. I share life in Sauchie with my husband Jeremy, and our greyhound Lola, who is a loyal audience when I'm trying out new soundbath ideas! We moved to Clackmannanshire in 2022 and feel totally at home here, nestled comfortably between the mighty Forth river and the beautiful Ochil hills.
